Hi Can someone please help me with below queries reg MN1

My child is 1.5 years old and we recently got ILR . He was born in UK before we got ILR. He does not have any passport or ID of native country.

In the MN1 form for naturalisation.

1.
Is it correct to select Country of nationality option as - Officially Stateless

2.For second referee can it be a friend who is working for a pharma company?

No - the child is likely to have your nationality according to the laws of your country. If that is the case enter that nationality at 1.9 of the MN1 form

the rule for referees is spelt out under 5.1 of the MN1 form
