Guyz i am south asian. I went to SELF SERVICE Photo Booth to take digital picture ( with unique photo code ) but online application giving me this error. i heard this webpage have issue with people who are black or brown. should i ignore or i should take another picture

Question is do you want to take the risk or not. If I was you I wouldn’t submit my application only if HMPO advice to do so. Not sure if anyone will say here it is absolutely ok to go ahead with the application by knowing you had this error message on your photo acceptance criteria.

Worth trying again for the peace of mind, also due to bad quality of picture, HMPO might delay deciding on your application until you provide the suitable picture.

All uncancelled passports.

Yes. and the passport you used to come into the UK slog with any valid /cancelled.

Opps ! CROO1 told me to send only all uncancelled passport so i didn't send the passport i have used to come to the UK

i came to the UK 17 years ago. It was hand written passport. My photo is no longer visible anymore because consulate officer put a sticker on my picture when i applied for new passport 14 years ago

If they are not happy with something they will write to me right before refusing ?

You will be absolutely fine and yes they should simply ask for it, but only if they need it for reaching a successful decision.
