Guys i am little bit confused . a friend of mine told me that you don't have have to send BRC after CITIZENSHIP CEREMONY . You only have to send back if it is BRP within 5 days

Do they really fine someone for not sending BRC ( BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE CARD ) under EU SETTLEMENT

If it's a UK biometric card (BRP/BRC) it should be returned - note that "EU Settlement Scheme" is a UK immigration path, not under EU regulation. We haven't seen any reports that anyone has been fined but they state the possibility - I guess that biometric cards could be valuable in the wrong hands so they might want to keep track of them.
