I arrived to the UK almost 8 years ago. I started job in the UK 7 years ago.
1. Do I need to give details about my employment for 10 years (including jobs in Poland) or just for the time I've been in the UK?

2. Shall I attach documents from last 5 years of employment or all my employment history in the UK?

I'm applying for British citizenship. I started my on-line application a month ago.
I decided to ask for references first and have two referees forms already completed and signed up on 19th of January 2021.
I haven't finish my application yet. Is that ok that the date of my referees signature is a month earlier then completing my application?
My passport photo was made in the middle of January, does it count as the recent one?
