Looking for some help here please...

Father - British Citizen (2 years now)
Mother - Recently got ILR

Children (8 and 4 yrs) both born outside UK (in India) and currently on PBS Dependant Visas (initially got through my Tier-2 ICT - been extended) and valid until April end this year.

Query:

1. Can the Children be registered as British (Form MN1) directly OR they will have to get ILR first (and then register)

2. Mother is going to apply for her Naturalisation - Can the Children be added to her application? I think this will take to Form MN1.

ILR first if they were born abroad.

Yes, after they get ILR.
