I have recently received approval for my British Citizenship Application (Approval letter received on email and Ceremony letter awaited).

My wife has just received her ILR approval.

Is my wife eligible to apply for Naturalisatio application ? or she has to wait for 1 year ?

If not, does she have to wait until I receive my British Citizenship Certificate ?

She needs to wait until you have received your certificate - only then you're British.
There's no need for her to wait 12 months after that, if she satisfies all the requirements - and has received her BRP card.
