Hi

I have found conflicting info on this forum, so I thought I'd check again.

In the section "Previous application details" I am filling in the details of my ILR application.

Under "Name in which you made the application" it seems obvious I should enter my name and surname at the time of the application. However, in previous forum discussions it was said that this was not the case, and the "tier" of application needed to be entered instead. Please can someone shed light on it?

Also, for "Enter your reference number if known" I entered the reference number at the top-right of the HO letter. Please can someone confirm this is the correct number?

It is YOUR name. You need to list all UK applications you have made, not just the ILR one.

The reference number question is brp number or from a HO letter.

Just need to clarify.. Do I need to put my first name and last name or the name of application i.e. my last application was ILR(LR) and prior to that was Tier1 General and so on .. as all the application I made will be on my name obviously but the application name was changed.. pls clarify it
