HI Dear Seniors,

I have one question before submitting my naturalization Application, almost two and half years ago my previous landlord wrote me a letter to leave his property within two months but I couldn't found any other house during the notice period. He took me to court and the court ask me about my explanation but the court didn't satisfy with my explanation and order me to leave the house within 28 days and order me to pay the court expense (Court fee) £420.00 to the landlord in installments which I paid him. My question is whether I should have to tell the HO in my naturalization application?.

Please guide me.

As far as I can see, this was a civil matter between you and the landlord and the judgement went against you - it's not a criminal matter. There's nothing to declare.
