NARIC - Statement of comparability

Hi all,

About three years ago my wife started collecting documentation to support her naturalisation application. One of the requirements was proof of Knowledge of English language and back then a comparability statement from NARIC and a letter from her university saying that the degree was taught in English appeared to be enough.

The process was put on hold for personal reasons and now she wants to restart it. However it seems that the requirement for English language knowledge has now changed?

My question is if she can still use that comparability statement (saying that her degree is equivalent to U.K. bachelor) and the letter from university - btw, degree was taught in a non-English speaking country?

She is an EEA national and has settled status. I just want to see if there is a way to not waste money for Naric.

Thank you in advance.

English requirements have not changed for years.
Not familiar with the NARIC process, but you will have to pay either NARIC or attend a B1 10 minute speaking test, the price is about £150 for either.
