This is new irriviallint query please
Hello
I think i made a mistake on my online application after submission and attending the biometrics and id like to contact Homeoffice to give explanation
What email address should I contact Homeoffice on please?
I see some people say
citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk
And others recommend
Furthernationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk
Also i have not received case ID or reference number email. Would that be a problem when I email them ?
Many thanks

That's a bit late to explain I think. The last option to add any explanatory note is when you upload your documents. But if all this is done, that's it.
What's the issue?
If it's serious enough, you may consider to withdraw your application and submit it at a better time.

What is the mistake?
Email:
NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk
Mention your UAN, Name, DOB, Nationality.
Dont worry about Case ID, UAN is enough.

The Online AN is very misleading
They ask a question
Are you either
. An EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document
Or
. A family member of an EU national who has been issued with a permanent residence card
The only thing you can see is either YES or NO ( there is a hidden option Will appear once you answer depending on your answer
As logical answer I answered no because i hold settled stauts..
once I answered no i got another question becoming visible to ask then if i have ILR which i answered YES to and was asked about the details of my leave Dates/ number/ proof which i attached
However after reading online I found out that i should have clicked YES to first question that I hold permanent residence which i don't! then a pop up option will be visible to ask whether I actually have PR or SS
How they assume that a person who isn't an expert should answer yes to something they don't hold because later the hidden option Will actually enable you to input the right answer

You are overthinking this. As long you have uploaded and provided evidence for your settled status/ILR, do not worry too much about this question.
