I am applying for naturalisation application and I do not exactly know the employment history for 10 years.

How can I find it out.

You could try contacting HMRC for any details they may have for you - though it may not necessarily cover 10 years. Also you can provide estimated dates and detail - it's not critical. For peace of mind you could attach a note explaining what you have done.
