Hi Team, hope you are doing well.
I have a child who was born in UK and he posses PBS dependent visa valid till 24 MAR 2021. I am his father , very recently I got the ILR decision successful, though still waiting for BRP to receive. Should I extend his PBS dependent visa which is going to expire soon. or I can go for naturalization application ?

Children are registered as British. Only adults naturalised.

You can apply on form MN1 for a UK born child to register them as British. No need to extend visa.

thankq I got the answer, I am gonna act on his application once I got ILR BRP. Like you answered on others post. He is not going to consider as overstayer
