We (parents) recently got our ILR.

1) What are steps to apply for citizenship for our kid born in UK.

2) Also heard about naturalisation, what's that?

3) What need to be done with Indian passport held by kid.

The process for applying for citizenship for adults. So, in case your spouse and/or you would want to acquire British citizenship, you would need to meet the requirements and apply for naturalisation.
