Hi Guys
Need advice on British Citizen application .My History is bit Confusing.Please have a look and guide if anybody can:
Illegal Entrant to UK from December 1996 till 25 March 2011.
Application made on 14 year basis: 25 March 2011
ILR Granted : 15 June 2011
British Citizen Application Lodged : 19 June 2012
Outcome : 04 september 2012( Refused due to not qualify 5 years lawful residence from 20 june 2007 till 25 march 2011.Home Office gave date to apply on 25 March 2016 when i would have lawfully completed my 5 years Residence.
British Ctizen application made again : 26 March 2021

My question is have i qualify to apply British citizenship clearing my 10 Years Good Character requirement and lawfull Residence?

I think you should have waited until at least 15 June 2021, at least 10 years after you were lawfully in the UK. Perhaps it will be okay at the time of the decision.

The letter from Home Office in September 2012 Decision says that I would have completed my 5 year lawful Residence on 25 March 2016.Would that not be considered as lawful Starting 25 March 2011 ( ILR appliction made)? 25 march 2021 as lawful 10 years .Would attaching that letter along with other documents and Writing to Home office to use Discretion, at the time of Biometrics which is next month be helpful?

Yes, attaching that Home Office letter may help with legitimate expectations considerations. I suspect that by the time they make the decision, you would have satisfied the current, more stricter, Good Character requirements anyway.
