Hi all

I had a question for my friend her wife on FLRM VISA she’s nearly finish 10 years in Uk as well
If she get ILR at long residency on 10 years basis.
Can she apply British nationality straightaway after getting her ILR ??. Her husband and kids are British

Regards

It does not matter which route she follows to get ILR. 10 year LR or any other, obviously she will have to meet the specific requirements for that given route to ILR.

After she has ILR, she can apply for Naturalisation straight away as per Section 6(2) BNA 1981 being married to a British Citizen.

You got the required and correct advice from @cullinan. What else are you asking for?
