MN1 declaration & referee form

Hi,
I just submitted the British citizenship application for my daughter who is 6 months old. Appreciate if someone could help with a couple of questions regarding the MN1 form.
1. In the declaration section, I have selected "I am the applicant" as I thought the other option is only applicable if I'm the agent/solicitor/etc... I just realised that this might have been a mistake. Would this cause any problem for the application? If it would any suggestions on what I can do since it has now been submitted?
2. The 2 referee forms - as there are photo attached to it would this need to be physically sent or I would just scan it and upload to ukvcas?
