I am going to apply for my daughter (less than 5 years old) and need to know what are the documents needs to send, I know its certificate of registration, passport, apart from this any other document like consent letter from parents? please advise. Thanks

Thanks Cullinan, I am going to apply for my british passport next week and do I need to send cancelled passport as well (because that is the passport i entered UK in 2009) pls advise.
