5-year qualifying period confusion

Hi all,

My route: Got

Tier 1 E 14/04/2020 to 14/04/2017
Ext T1 E 18/11/2018 to 18/11/2020
ILR SET(O) 10/04/2020 to 30/12/2024

I am going to apply for Naturalization on 11/04/2021 (1 year after ILR)

In the form, there is a question "you must have been in the UK on the first day of your 3-year or 5-year qualifying period"

I was outside the UK between 01/04/2016 until 01/05/2016.

Can I apply on 10/04/2021 or I need to wait until 01/05/2021?

Many thanks for your help

You need to wait till May to apply when you were physically present in the UK.

Thanks CR001, really appreciate if you please let me know your point of view.

My wife was always my dependant since PSW. She's been granted ILR with me.
There is an option in the form to add partner & child.

Can we both apply for naturalisation together within a same form? Or should we apply separately?

Many thanks

Family members can be added in the same account (but different forms). Note, there is NO dependent concept for Naturalisation. Everyone has to meet the requirements on their own. As long everyone is eligible to apply and meet the requirements individually, family can apply in the same account. Also note, there is no guarantee all applications will be processed together (majority do though).
