I'm filling my wife's MN1 form, I have one query regarding her employment details, she is not working currently, but have worked in past, her last jobs were with NHS hospital's but through the umbrella companies, my question is do i have to mentioned the hospital name under employee or the umbrella company name ?

MN1 form is for children under 18!!

She needs to complete form AN.

sorry AN form, she applying through the ILR route (dependent genera tier-2 visa)

Her employer would be the company that paid her an issued her payslips.
