Yes you can apply given you meet all other AN requirements for example residence, absence limits, physical presence at the start of the qualifying period and good character etc.

Hi
i am filling naturalisation form online, can you please suggest me with folllowing questions:
Have you previously made any other UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? yes or no
Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English?
Can i used my life in UK test that passed in 2019?
If you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application? yes or no
Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen? yes or no
Thanks

I am not entirely sure about your circumstances so I can't answer such questions for you, but life in the UK test results are valid forever. Test results can be used for any future application.

Hi, what do you mean about physical presence at the beginning of qualifying period? For instance, let's say I arrived in the UK on Sep 1 2015, I received my Settled status/PR on October 5 2020, and I can apply for naturalisation on October 5 2021. When should I have been physically present in the UK? On October 5, 2016, which means at the beginning of the 5 years period?
And let's say I was on a trip abroad from October 1 to October 10, 2016? Would that mean I can apply for naturalisation only from October 11, 2021?
Would be great if you can clarify this.
Thank you

You must be physically present in UK at the start of the qualifying period. If you have a 5 year qualifying period in your case and you apply on 5th Oct 2021, you must be in UK on 6th Oct 2016.
And let's say I was on a trip abroad from October 1 to October 10, 2016? Would that mean I can apply for naturalisation only from October 11, 2021?
Correct

Hi
Sorry to make another new topic on British citizenship, my previous post has been locked.
I couldn't apply for british citizenship due to some personal reason
I am completing my long pending application now, I am stuck at last question what i have to answer there " yes or No"
If you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application?
Please help me

You should answer "yes" if you have any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application if you don't meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen.
At the same time, you should answer "no" if you don't have any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application if you don't meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen.
Hopefully that helps!

You answer no. The question is specifically for those who have difficult and complex immigration journeys, such as refugees or people who have overstays and lengthy appeal court processes etc

If you are the husband, wife, or civil partner of a British citizen, you must have been in the UK for the last 3 years. If you are not the husband, wife, or civil partner of a British citizen, you must have been in the UK for the last 5 years. This is called your ‘qualifying period’.
You must have been in the UK on the first day of your 3-year or 5-year qualifying period
You must not have spent more than 270 days outside the UK during a 3-year qualifying period, or 450 days during a 5-year qualifying period
You must not have been outside the UK for more than 90 days in the last 12 months
You must not have been here illegally in the 3-year or 5-year qualifying period
Do you meet these residence requirements? yes or no
I am applying on basis of ILR got in 2019 after Tier 1 entrepreneur
