Remote work for foreign employer during qualifying period for naturalisation

Hi folks,
I'm on ILR and will be applying for naturalisation in December 2021. I have received a job offer from a company in Dubai. I have also negotiated a remote working arrangement that allows me work from the home in the UK (role doesn't really require my physical presence). Regardless, this would introduce a UAE work visa in my passport and occasional travels. I intend to remain resident in the UK as I have my home here and kids in school. Could this foreign work visa and the occasional Dubai trips (not more than 90 days) cast doubts on how my residency or "future intention" is interpreted?
I would really like to accept the job offer as my current job is degrading my mental health. However, I have seen a post by a moderator that "working and paying taxes abroad, means you are established abroad and that usually leads to refusal." Does this apply if doing the work remotely? What else can I do (if I accept the job) to increase my chances of a successful application come December? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
