Kingston council naturalisation ceremony

Hi friends,

I want to ask if anyone in this forum has his/her citizenship ceremony with Kingston council. I had my invitation letter, tried to call them no luck. I have request a call back from the website, but not got back to me yet. From your experience, how long normally they will call an individual after getting your citizenship invitation letter? Any contract number you can share with me please?

I am following the citizenship cancelled ceremony forum, but couldn't find an answer
