Hi, I have a question on behalf someone.

They've had ILR since September 2010, but never applied for Citizenship.

If they were to apply now, what else would be required for the application? The reason I ask this is, I don't think they've done the B1 English test or the life in the UK test.

I believe both are required for the naturalisation application unless exempt.
