Apologies if this is obvious, I was wondering what documents I need to supply to prove the below? Thanks
You must also:
prove you were in the UK exactly 3 years before the day the Home Office receives your application

Nothing needed. Simply upload passport bio and stamped pages.

The referee form says referee should glue applicants photo on and sign. Can I just ignore this and email them a copy to fill out and scan back to me or does a passport photograph need to be affixed before scanning?

Use postal service. Wet signatures are advised. However, some applicants have been successful with e-signatures also.

Please have I missed anything from the documents below for naturalisation as spouse of British Citizen?
My Passport
Partners passport
University degree for English requirement
Marriage cert
Council Tax from 2017
ILR BRP card
2 x referees
Self Assessment - This is not on the list of documents that came up but I read somewhere on the forum that it is required. I am the director of my company and already supplied my PAYE reference number in the application.

I have just seen on the guidance that for self employment applicants not paying tax through PAYE, SA is required.

So I have just noticed I didn't declare all my previous UK visa applications in my naturalisation application, is this something to worry about? They should have the records, shouldn't they?
ILR application in November 2020 - Declared
FLM renewal in August 2018 - Not declared
FLM first application in Dec 2015 - Declared
Tier 2 application in April 2013 - Not Declared
