ILR without permanent residence card.

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and I hope I'll find some help.
I'm very confused about the application to get British Citizenship.

I've been granted the ILR under the immigration rule in April 2019 and I'm using it to apply for naturalization. Now, section 3 of the online form shows the list of the documents I need to send, it is written:

Mr xxxxxx xxxxxx's proof of Nationality
You must include your:
- passport or EEA national identity card
- UK permanent residence card
- evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions
You must have a permanent residence card before you can apply for citizenship.
Apply for a permanent residence card.

About the evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions, if I remember well, I've read somewhere on this forum that I can use the share code created on the GOV website as evidence, is that correct?

About the permanent residence card, I just don't have it, and I can not apply for it anymore, so I don't know what to do. I don't even understand exactly why they are asking me for such a document since I'm not applying by using a permanent residence status.

Does anybody have the same issue? Is there any other document I can use?

If you have got Settled Status you don't need a Permanent Residence card (don't tick that option). Just provide your Settled Status reference number and a copy of the email confirmation - share code is for employers, etc. Your ILR status is already on UKVI systems.

Thanks a lot for the prompt response, it is a bit more clear now... but not completely.
If you have got Settled Status you don't need a Permanent Residence card
That's very useful information, but then you suggest
(don't tick that option)
while at the beginning of the document section it says:
From the list of documents below, provide as many as you can. Tick each document to confirm that you have read the requirement, even if you cannot send it.
Maybe I should tick it anyway then ignoring the request, how does it sound like?
Just provide your Settled Status reference number and a copy of the email confirmation
That's also great, I have received a pdf that confirms my ILR and there is a reference number at the top right corner of the first page. I'll send that document... right?

Yes attach the PDF - Settled Status is "digital only" so your email could be taken as a "card", though I can't be sure whether this will trigger other question. We don't have sight of the input screens and variations, so try what happens. In any case you can provide Settled Status documentation which is readily recognisable.
