I hve granted iLR on Set (LR) basis. My wife is british so what are the required documents at the time of applying naturalisation. We married more thn 3 years ago. I was on FLR (M) 5 year route when i applied iLR.

Its mean like i have to provide proof of address for each year or my passports, stamped and iLR BRP ?

Passport stamps covering the qualifying period in your case.

I was on spouse visa FLR (M) 5 year route valid till Sep 2022 but my 10 years in UK completed Dec 2020. I hve applied iLR on Set (LR) route which has been granted April 2021. Now my Question is that am i able to apply for naturalization straightaway or i have to wait 1 year because i got iLR through long residency route not with Set (M) ?

It makes no difference which route to ilr you took.

If you are married to a British citizen and meet the 3 year requirment, you do not have to wait a year.

I hve filled up naturalization form and submit only thing i ask where they asked 10 years work history i dont remember i only wrote last 3 years on self employment and already submitted latest self assement tax return. Is that okie ?

You need to declare employment history in UK (if any) during the last 10 years. In your case, residence requirement is 3 years but for AN purpose they check last 10 years (if you were in UK) for good character requirements.

thats why i am asking i forget mine 10 years hustory as i mentioned in form to i dont remember. I hve updated last 3 years history and also uploaded my last 2 years tax return for self employment ? Is this okie

Add a cover letter and provide the details. Upload with other documents before biometrics appointment. Only latest self assessment tax return is needed in case you are registered as self-employed.
