Hello All,

Please i need some guidance as i might have just messed up my application by going through this thread.

I got my ILR (set M) on the 20th of March and applied for my British naturalisation on the 6th of April and uploaded all my supporting document. My partner is british so i qualify to apply immediately

I had my biometrics taken on the first of May.

I was just going through this thread and saw that there is a requirement to also post your document. I just assumed the same process of uploading your document via sophia steria is also applicable here.

Can someone please confirm if i need to post physical documents to home office and the address this was sent to. Is it too late to post this?

Thanks

I am now also confused if i have applied using the wrong form. Is there a difference between naturalisation and citizenship?

On my application form, TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION: Apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen

Is this correct?

There is no need to submit your documents by post. The thread you refer (and now locked) to is from 2017 since many things hav changed.
Naturalisation is the process of gaining citizenship. If you filled in form AN1 online then you are ok, there's only one form for adults.

Just FYI, the online system came in place in November 2018.
