Mistake on Naturalisation application

Hello

My wife just realised she made mistake on her naturalisation application.

Online application submitted and fees paid: 30 March 2021
UKVCAS appointment was : 27 April 2021

She just realised she made 2 mistakes

Mistake 1. Immigration details:
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or Abroad?
She mistook this as if she has ever made a naturalisation application before so she answered "No".
But it should have been "Yes" as she has been living in the UK since 1999,
with 4 years of student visa,
then work visa,
then was granted Indefinite leave to remain in 2008,
then she applied for biometric card in 2019,

Mistake 2. Referee's address. Just realised he has only lived in the provided address for 2 years not 3 years so she should have provided his previous address as well.

What should she do?
thank you so much in advance
thanks

That way it is easier to take into account a member's prior postings - otherwise relevant facts could be overlooked when responding to queries.

Hi, I made one tiny error in my naturalisation application about the date I first arrived in UK. I listed the month wrong. I've already submitted my documents on UKVCAS although it still allows documents to be uploaded, but I can't see a submit option for this extra clarification letter/pdf I've drafted.

1. Is it worth correcting this minor error through a clarifcation letter PDF uploaded to UKVCAS or
is it ok to let it pass?
2. If I upload a clarification letter as pdf to UKVAS, at what point will it get submitted and will it get
submitted at all as I don't see the submit option after submitting all documents earlier.

My biometric appointment is on 5th August

Update: I sent an email to the two email IDs listed in this thread and also uploaded a letter pdf to UKVCAS explaining the teeny weeny error in my application and even if this last document pdf gets submitted at the time of biometrics, that's fine. I've sent emails too, so that gives me some peace : )
