Hello,

I am a British Pakistani and just got my naturilization citizenship 3 years ago. I have married in pakistan and my wife is pakistani. She is pregnant and we plan to apply for spouse visa? What is the way because she is also expecting a baby? Will the baby be a dependant? Can the baby apply for british nationality and pssport as i am british? Or will he have to apply as dependant in my wifes spouse visa application. Please help.

The child will be British by descent if born abroad to a Father who is British otherwise than by descent. You can apply for a British passport for the child.
