Citizenship for my wife:
Current Type of Permit : SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO REMAIN
Date of Issue : 01-07-2019
Date of Expiry : 01-Jan-2022

I would have to apply again for the next 2.5 years in Jan-2022.

I have applied for my Natularisation and expecting an outcome.
Date of my appointment was 12-Apr-21.

I refered to this page but I am a bit confused and hence, wanted to check and understand when can we apply for the Natularisation for my wife?

She can apply for citizenship once she has ilr and meets the requirements for citizenship.

She can only apply for ilr once she has been in the UK for 5 years
