automatically disregard the time you were in breach of immigration laws during the
residential qualifying period. Any immigration offences will also be considered as part of
the good character requirement. This includes immigration breaches in the 10 year
period before you apply for naturalisation

This is why in the refusal letter the HO said that "it is open to you to reapply for citizenship at any time but any application made before July 2020 is unlikely to succeed". From your post your breach of the immigration rules ended in 2010. Read Guide AN carefully, especially the Good Character section.

There is no such threshold requirement.

Upload your travel document in the proof of application. Upload all the pages covering the qualifying period i.e. 5 years in your case. You do not need your home passport as you are a refugee.
