First passport documents required

Hello
I'm applying for my first UK passport after ceremony
Documents they require
1) The passport you used to enter the UK
2) any uncancelled foreign passport
Are they asking me to send 2 passports here ? My current valid foreign passport which I have
And also the passport I used to enter the UK 17 years ago? Because I doubt I have it and surely expired
Advice would be appreciated
