Hello

I’ve applied for British Citizenship/Naturalisation application for my daughter based on my Settled status. However when I submitted the application, I’m being requested for a document providing proof of parental responsibility, and that too both for my wife as well as for myself. Can someone please confirm if that is required if both husband and wife are together?
