Hi,

Within 5 days of receiving my citizenship certificate, I had sent my existing BRP via Royal Mail first class post. But Royal Mail has lost it.

What should I be doing now?
Do I need to inform this? If yes, to whom and via which email?

It has been 10 days now and the status is still the same.
