British citizenship for uk born

My daughter was born in the uk and she is now 2 years her mother now she got her settled status can I apply for British citizenship for my daughter and have to one at the birth time
Help please. Thanks

ref. section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981:
- A child born in the UK whose parents are not British citizens and were not settled in the UK will have an entitlement to register when one of their parents become settled in the UK or become British citizens.
