Hi Admins

My application for naturalisation has been approved (ILR Refugee), and just waiting for my details to get uploaded in the council so that I can book the ceremony. after that when I apply for the British passport, I know its a must to supply them with my country of origin passport which I used to enter the UK. This country of origin passport and other expired passport are sent to the HO when I applied for a UK Convention Travel document.

My question is do they send me these passport automatically after my ceremony or I have to request them so that i can send them to the passport office.

Many Thanks

YMAG

No - your original passports will not be returned to you as far as I know.
For your British passport application you submit your UK Convention Travel document.
