Community SpeedWatch

Post by MyUserName » Wed Jun 23, 2021 5:35 pm

i received a letter from Police in August 2019 as following

The vehicle was monitored by a community speed watch team as traveling at 40 mph in 30 mph speed limit.
This is the first occasion this vehicle has been observed exceeding the speed limit by community speed watch volunteers in the last 24 months. i must advise you that should your vehicle be monitored exceeding any future speed limits, it will be added to list of persistent speeders which is closely monitored by my officers.
if vehicle is caught by Police officer driving at excess speed, this may result in £100 file and 3 penalty points on your license. or a court summon.

yours faithfully,
Community SpeedWatch Team
Avon Police

.............................................

I did not declare it in Citizenship application, because i thought it is from community team not police.
  • does this warning gets on PNC (Police National Computer)?
  • will my application rejected?

No to both questions.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
