Applying naturalisation after ILR

Firstly, I would like to thank all the moderator's who answered all my queries when needed.
Glad to inform you that my wife and daughter granted ILR today.
Thank you very much.
Now I'm going to start processing naturalization for my wife and my daughter. I have some queries about their naturalization application.
1. Can I apply naturalization for both of them immediately after receiving the BRP card? or do my wife needs to wait for 12months?
2. Form AN is the right form for both of them?
Details about visa:
I received my UK citizenship on Jan 2019 via Tier 2 General.
My wife and daughter joined me May 2016 as a PBS dependants.
My daughter born in India July 2014.
ILR granted today(24/06/2021) for them.
