Hope you all are keeping well.

I need your advise -

I am going to submit my wife naturalisation application in July 2021. Due to her mental health condition she cannot write life in the UK test, i have received a letter from my GP stating the same.

my questions are :

1) other than letter from GP and Form_Waiver_KOLL do i have to submit any other supporting documents with the application?

2)Do i have to submit to separate Form_Waiver_KOLL, one for life in the UK and one for english language.

3)what if the application gets refused or rejected?

Appreciate if you share your experience and answer any of the above questions.

the Form is a single form to support a request for waiver from both the knowledge of language and life in the UK requirement.

It must be completed by a General Medical Council registered medical practitioner who is able to comment on your wife's condition.

A separate letter from her GP wouldn't do any harm but is not necessary.
