Can I attend biometric appointment without ILR?

Hi,

Hope you're doing fine.
I have my application ready to submit. But I've sent my ILR to DVLA to exchange my driver's license. Due to recent strikes, they have a huge backlog and I'm not sure when they will send my documents back.
The question is - should I submit the application and just take the letter from Home Office or it's better to be on the safe side and wait for the documents to arrive?

Any thoughts and comments would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Pavlo

I submitted biometrics recently, they only asked for a passport. So you don't need it for biometrics definitely.
However you need to upload a copy of BRP with your application, do you have a scanned copy?

Hi,

Thanks for this. Yes, I always scan my documents when I get them. I just don't have it physically at the moment and not sure when DVLA will send it back :( Don't want to waste the time waiting if possible to proceed without it.
