Can you please kindly advise if the referees must receive the applicant's picture physically to add the applicant's name & DOB in the back of the picture or we can forward the referees a scanned copy of the applicant's picture along with declaration form for them to fill & sign?
I'm asking this especially because we would need to upload the electronic copy of documents into the UKVAC website anyway. Please advise.

Take print out of form, paste photo(no need to write name and date of birth behind) on it. Then take to referees, everything else is filled by them. Once done that scan and upload thats it.
