Dear Gurus,

I have some questions listed below:

1-If someone received his naturalization certificate, he has to destroy and return his ILR card, and if he has two valid different international passports.. Can he send one of it with his passport application and keep the second one? or he has to send all valid, uncancelled passports?

2-If he apply for his UK passport and travel abroad with one of his valid passports(uk vis free), and return to the UK as a visitor with 6 months visa, is that possible?

3- Do they require the old passport which contains the first entry stamp and the first visa?

4- If he travelled from the UK by his (uk visa free) passport to his home country and travelled bach to Republic of Ireland (visa free) and comes to the UK to collect his UK passport and return to his home country via Republic of Ireland, and when he wants to come to the UK he can use his UK passport. Is that possible?

5- for child born abroad and got his UK registration certificate, do they ask for his birth certificate to apply for his UK passport? or only his certificate?

OK, I'm not an immigration advisor but for what it's worth this is my understanding of the situation...

All valid uncancelled passports.

No.

Yes.

Conclusion seems to be that it might be possible, but I personally wouldn't risk it.
