DISCLOSING CCJ ON NATURALISATION APPLICATION

Hello,
Could someone please shed some light on this issue. I am just about to submit my naturalisation application .I have had a ccj in the past with Essex and Suffolk water but made payment arrangement .I am not sure if I still have a ccj as I was told it lasts 6 years on someone's name .Should I still disclose the CCJ or say no.
Does this affect good character requirement ?
Does if affect my application overall?
