Naturalization

Dear All
I have got my PR in Dec 2020. I am in the UK for more than 6 years now. My husband got British Citizenship recently. Am I eligible to apply for citizenship now or do I need to wait for 1 year of completion i.e Dec 2021?
Could someone please advise

Hi
It is mandatory to complete at least 1 year on ILR before you apply for British Citizenship regardless of you applying based on 5 years 6(1) or 3 years 6(2) route.

This is not correct - spouse of a British citizen (3 year route) can apply immediately for naturalisation once they have been granted ILR.

What PR do you have - under EEA regulation or UK immigration regulations?
Whichever you have got now, PR/ILR/Settled Status you can apply now - no need to wait 12 months.
