Dear Moderators,

My son is 3 months old and was born in the UK and I would like to get a British passport for him. What is the process? Do I have to apply for citizenship first and then a passport or does he qualify for a passport right away?

Father - British citizen
Mother - Indian Citizen - Spouse visa

I was a British citizen at the time of my sons birth.
