Citizenship for spouse and child born abroad

Hi,
Recently my wife and son received indefinite leave to remain on spouse route and son born in board, can i apply for naturalization now or should i wait for 12 months then apply for naturalization?

If you are British, they can apply now, provided your wife meets all the requirements based on 3 years residence.

Thanks very much and appreciate your help.
I Hold British Citizenship since 2018, Wife and son living in the UK since December 2015 and never been out of this country, they both completed 5 years here in the UK, first visa was 2.5 years was granted in Sep 2015 then extended visa for another 2.5 years here in the UK.
Can i also apply for for British Passport at the same when applying for Naturalization?

You cannot apply for a joint naturalisation and passport service. It is no longer available since November 2018.
They can apply for passports only after they are British and have their certificates.

My wife and son Indian passport was expired in 13 July 2021, do i need to renewed there passport first in order to apply for naturalization?
does my wife need to show her employment history for 10 years?

No.
does my wife need to show her employment history for 10 years?
Yes or for however long she has lived in the UK if less than 10 years.

Have you made any previous UK immigration No
applications in the UK or abroad?
i have mentioned No; is that correct,and also submitted the application and paid the fees,

The answer is yes, you are required to list all visa and ilr applications made
