My wife who just received her ILR, thank God

Does she or myself need to be employed for naturalisation?

She is a housewife and so not employed, the ILR was gained through my employment.

I noticed on the naturalisation form it has no mention of spouse employment,

Does my wife or I need to be in employment for her to gain naturalisation?

Please advice

Employment is not a requirement for naturalisation (neither is your's).
As long as she can satisfy the requirements (Residency, Absences, Good Character, etc).
