Hi

I have recently become citizen haven`t received my passport yet.

My wife and son(5yrs born out of UK) both have ILR more than 1 year.

My questions which route should I follow for them ?

For my wife I suppose she can follow apply as ILR + 1year route or spouse of British citizen
For my son again is it again ILR + 1year or register as a citizen as one of the parents is British?

My questions which route should I follow for them ? There aren't really any routes to citizenship as for ILR .... just apply as soon as eligible, see below.

For my wife I suppose she can follow apply as ILR + 1year route or spouse of British citizen She can apply now, as spouse of a British citizen, no waiting period.
For my son again is it again ILR + 1year or register as a citizen as one of the parents is British? Your son applies with your wife, MN1. There is no waiting period for children.
