Hi thr I am a British mom after getting separated I got married here in pakistan been living here for 5 years now I Wana go back to UK now my daughter has been born in pakistan my second husband is not allowing me tu get her register and giving me his birth certificate and passport I will manage to get her a birth certificate but won't be able to take my husbands birth certificate or passport which is needed to apply a British passport for my daughter can I apply her British passport without my husband passport and birth certificate as he is pakistani guy and I am British things are not going good between us so I Wana apply my daughter's passport and go back
