under 18 Naturalisation Application, who lives in UK for 2 years

Dear,

This question is from family.
A 16 year old came in UK from Non EEA Country in 2020 on EEA Residence card.
Her father had a settled status in 2021, hence any children under 21 can have the same status.
So the 16 year old also applied for settled status and finally got it.
Now can she apply for Naturalisation or passport straight away? or she needs to wait for five years and meet the other residential, english, character requirement etc?
Thanks in advance.

What is the UK immigration status of the other parent? Is either parent a British citizen?

Father had a settled status(indefinite leave to remain) mother had a presettled status
And the 16 year old had a Settled status (indefinite leave to remain).

The under 18 year old can register as a British citizen when at least one parent has either applied for or become a British citizen and the other parent has got settled status.

Alternatively, on or after their 18th birthday, they can naturalise as an adult meeting all the usual adult requirements.

Ohh
That means the child cannot apply for Naturalisation or British passport and has to rely on his own adult requirements after 18.
Thanks for your reaponse.
